ABOUT ME
My journey spans over a decade of rigorous practice, beginning with the Kriya and Tantra yoga traditions and later deepening through samatha and vipassana rooted in Theravada Buddhism. After many retreats and years of dedicated practice, I chose to fully devote myself to exploring the nature of the mind, undergoing training in the Rinzai Zen tradition at Korinji - Rinzai Zen Monastery
Today, I continue practicing within the Zen tradition, enriching it with training in the mystical path of Sufism, non-dual meditation teacher programs, and somatic teacher trainings.
My work is rooted in the psycho-spiritual domain, where I practice and teach direct methods for engaging the whole being - body, mind, subtle energy system, and heart - to support individuals in awakening their innate resources, unfolding expansive states of being, and cultivating intimate contact with the Sacred.
My approach is integrative - blending the rigor of disciplined practice with a deep sensitivity to the unfolding of inner experience and the natural flow of life. I invite practitioners into an embodied path of transformation - one that honors the intelligence of the body-mind, nurtures presence, and expands perception beyond the ordinary as a gateway to the Sacred and Divine.
I am the co-founder of Innercraft, an online platform offering in-depth meditation teachings from diverse wisdom traditions. I also lead retreats in the U.S. and internationally. My professional background includes an MBA from Dartmouth College and years of experience in management consulting, international relations, entrepreneurship, and operating small businesses.
